ABOUT US

OUR STAFF

Experienced. Non-judgmental. Committed To Client Success

As trauma-informed practitioners, we believe compassion and accountability are not mutually exclusive. Our goal is to help clients change their behavior, not punish them.

Established in 2010, our staff has decades of combined experience helping people change their behavior. The primary intervention modality we use is cognitive-behavioral therapy. CBT is based on the idea that how we think about situations affects our feelings and behaviors. For both domestic violence and anger/aggression interventions, we help people change their thinking so they can modify their behavior.
